Calmaroma understands that circumstances may change. You may cancel your lawn and greenery maintenance service at any time by providing written notice to us.
To cancel your service, please contact us at least 7 days before your next scheduled service date. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly.

Since our services are performed on a recurring basis, refunds are handled as follows:
If you have prepaid for services that have not yet been performed, you will receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of the prepaid amount, minus any services that have already been completed.
Services that have already been performed are not eligible for refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns and make it right.
We are committed to providing quality lawn and greenery maintenance services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours of the service completion. We will work with you to resolve any issues and may offer additional service or adjustments at our discretion.
Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions. In such cases, we will reschedule your service for the next available date. No additional charges will apply for weather-related rescheduling.
If we are unable to access your property to perform the scheduled service due to locked gates, blocked access, or other reasons beyond our control, we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot gain access, the service may be skipped, and standard charges may still apply.
You may request changes to your service agreement, including frequency, scope of work, or additional services. Changes must be requested at least 7 days in advance and may be subject to price adjustments based on the new service requirements.
If you have a dispute regarding our services or billing, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication.
